Id like to see Fender re-issue a Jag-Stang but a version that doesn't seem to be as thrown together as the original. Better pickups, different pick guard, and better bridge. It has so much potential, I think Fender should do it justice and make this guitar what it should have been to begin with.

There were a bunch of changes Kurt wanted, but the guy at Fender also passed away after Kurt died, so the guitar was released "unfinished". They also need to add the body contours and make it with the alder body.

yeah I mean, I got one and changed the humbucker and the pots, and the guitar sounded 10x better. I think there are a few details that could be attended to and it could be a great guitar with a lot of tonal options.

It doesn't really add anything, though. The jag-stang market has as many jag-stangs as it needs and if you want one that has the improvements you just buy a Mustang and put a humbucker in it.

I really want a Peavey T 15 shortscale (the one with an amp in the case) - nearly got one from a guy on Offset back when the exchange rate with the US was brilliant...then he just kind of stopped responding. Hope to get one next year at a reasonable price.

I would love to see Bass VI and Starcasters reissued.
i'm lucky enough to own a SuperSonic and a Prosonic amp, and cruel enough to not want them to be reissued so i can feel priviledged :D

Fender Bronco & Musicmaster.
Musicmaster Bass.
Bass V.
Definitely the Electric XII. The cheesy Strat thing they got going right now rubs me the wrong way.

I would like to see those Fender RIs but I am sure they would fuck it up somehow. It's unlikely that they would bother with hollow bodies now that they can make Gretsches.

There must be designs we haven't thought of yet. The big drag about the vintage market is that it gums up the wheels of progress. And how many strats and teles does the world need? I finally finished that old Vox Bobcat (which now sports 3 strat pickups). It will never be a strat, but that thing honks.

Non reverse Firebirds are one of my favorite guitars. My friend has an 06(I think) Gibson Custom Shop one. It rules.

That's actually their entry-level brand name - "Starcaster by Fender" is sub-Squier. You'll find acoustics, basses, drums and effects all labelled "Starcasterby Fender".

Thanks I had never heard of them but it seems better to just get a squier for that price.
