Might be a cool little idea.
HA!
Just be sure to think of me when you're sitting atop your pile of money in your mansion.

I like the Boss as you can daisy chain off it.
TU-3 has a "high brightness" option for the display, but the main change is the improvement in accuracy from +/- 3 cents to +/- 1 cent (to compete with everyone else).
Basically I think the TU-3 should have no market share given how good the Korg DT-10 is and how tasty it's buffer is. I'm actually thinking of selling my (true bypass) Korg Pitch Black because even though it's a nice tuner, I don't want an all TB board. I could build a buffer like I've talked about but that involves an extra power jack getting taken up, and another patch cable. Probably best to just get a TU-3 or a DT-10 instead - whichever can be got cheapest second hand.
I don't get the point of that demo.. is your pedal board all true bypass? It doesn't sound hugely different, spesh when it's being miked by a camera 10 foot away..

I couldn't barely notice a difference, maybe a tiny loss in the high treble/presence?
You have buffers on your board and they're working well obviously, Matt. Without them and all TB pedals, you signal would be arse.
after that vid i took out the buffers, sounded lack-luster. I had to move the amp's treble knob up which changed the treble/mid ratio and couldn't get it back up to par. I like things trebbly, that was the NECK pickup even.
