cool harmony monterey archtop on the bay

i am a sucker for harmony/kay/silvertone archtops (specifically ritchie valen's white harmony), and i found this one on ebay while looking for a white one.

pretty wild for 1955.

I used to have a Harmony Monterey. It had a trans red finish. It sounded great and I swore I would never sell it but I did. I've never heard of the Colorama series of Harmonys before. Very cool indeed.
The old Harmony archtops are built like tanks. Very well made.
