I have a jazzmaster in which I fitted humbuckers, however it looks a bit ugly as the pickguard is a regular jazzmaster one with extra space cut out so the humbuckers fit. Whilst I have used this guitar for a couple of years like this I would quite like to get a pickguard into which I can attach the humbuckers thus looking a lot tidier. What I would quite like is a pickguard shaped for a jazzmaster with the screwholes but with no holes for the pickups so that I can (or get someone else to) cut holes in the right place.
Can anyone advise of somewhere I can get one?
Anyone know where I can get a blank Jazzmaster pickguard?

sure. I ordered a custom single coil pickguard for an SG i bought, and i had them leave out the hole for the slider switch that was supposed to go on it. it came out great and i got it in like 3 days. Pay Pal is Key

no problem.
word of warning. be prepared to put new screw holes into your guitar or just leave some pickguard screws out. generally when you get a new pickguard from anywhere without sending your own to them to copy you will get about 8 out of 10 screw holes to line up.
the only place that made one perfect for me ever was chandler guitar pickguards for my tort bronco pickguard. that thing fit better than the 30 year old stock guard that was on it.
