I don't really know how many of you guys are into lo-fi and weird experimental stuff, but that's what I've been involving myself in lately.
I just put out this mini-album that's pretty cool--at least I think so, anyway.
Let me know what you think, if you want. If you don't, that's cool too.

Thanks guys! I'm really surprised you all dig it.
As for the glitchy warbly stuff, I'd have to know what track you meant in particular.
But a lot of the effects just came from recording from a single-track cassette recorder. When I would record the playback in my computer, I'd force the tray open, put my finger on the heads to slow them down and kind of make the sound warp.

That's exactly what I've wanted to hear, haha. My idea for all this stuff is sort of along the lines of what Brian Eno was trying to do by providing soundtracks to various situations and the like. I was just trying to make it happen with only one acoustic guitar.lorez wrote:I'm really liking your stuff, it certainly making a snowy morning at work go better while I drink my coffee
I'm real glad you guys are enjoying it. The CD downloads free thanks to Mediafire. Click here to get it.

Ha, I've just checked back here now and realised that that video has loads of shots of Newcastle in it. That really wasn't my intention when
looking for a video to that song! How bizarre
Anyway, I'm sure there's probably someone on here who can point you in the right direction as to how you might achieve that sound
when recording the guitar. It does sound lovely though. There's some lovely snippets of music from that Soundtrack and they all work brilliantly
well in the film.

Hey there. I didn't have this track for the longest time because the computer it was made on died a while back. Thankfully, I knew a friend of mine that had it and asked him to upload for me.Goots. wrote:will you please make my private rain downloadable or something. It's been stuck in my head a lot this week.
So you can download it here.
