B&B SBL Jazzmaster surprise

Post by ultratwin »

Cindi and I were watching late night TV and stumbled upon a very uninspiring Korean indie band by the name "3rd Line butterfly" (3rd line referring to the Seoul Metro), but the lead singer's Jazzmaster was hotter than heck, and seems to be a faded Sonic Blue or Daphne. Their lead guitarist also plays a vintage Jazzmaster (as well as a rare scumbag sparkle Chandler Futurama), but it's a crying shame they have to sound so blaaaaaah.

Lovely Jazzo.

The best shot I could get from TV:

def looks sonic in the first picture, but man, super sex!

i do believe you know more about korea than i know about america.

EDIT: topside wing looks like a really hard edge for being a jazzmaster? almost slabbish.

That does looke nice.

It's funny how sometimes pearl blocks look really deep and featured, and other times they look like white plastic.

I suppose that's probably lighting as much as anything else.

I feel like it is incredibly hard to identify the different Fender colors with pictures.

Especially the whites, blues/greens, and reds.

Doesn't a cool guitar make the music cool by association?

the lighting affects how all colours look in photos - that's why the guitar above looks so different in the two photos - it could be sonic or daphne blue or possible even surf green, but i'd guess it was a blue.

Yup. Completely agree. In the first picture it looks like Surf Green. But when there is more light it looks more like daphne blue.

Either way, I want it!
