Is the neck wide? It looks a little wide in the photo with the other guitars (trying to visually compare only the necks and ignore the body proportions). I guess it would make sense if it's meant for a style that has lots of string bending.

The neck didn't feel too wide to me but I do play an epi les paul most of the time. In fact I felt like it was smaller than the usual Gibson 24.75" neck. The one I played have a nice profile and not to cumbersom really. Not like a baseball bat like some les pauls bet definitely fatter than the Joe Strummer telly I also tried out.

How long have you been playing for? Your total collection must be huge. Also, what does your rig look like? Those nice guitars deserve an equally nice rig. cough cough 5150 III cough cough*

God damn dude I know about your constantly changing collection but I totally missed that Supro. Niiice.

Your rotations make my 30 guitar history look modest.

I really want to either love or hate this guitar, but everything adds up weird.

Beautiful collection!

This shows partly why I like Blueshawks. Smaller and a lot lighter than a Les Paul...I really like the shape... and the Varitone lets you capture Tele, Strat, and Les Paul tones.

I've decided to buy one but since I've gotten used to shortscale guitars...a Mustang and a Duo-Sonic...over the past two years, I have a question. Anyone able to compare the neck widths? At the nut and up near the body?

Thanks!
Doug

I believe that he does not generally post them for sale on here for a few reasons..

A, they are typically expensive guitars and we are all usually broke...

B often times they are traded in at his friend shop on different guitar I believe

C obviously his friend lets him sell them at his shop and they probably get a decent price for them.

The classifieds on here, although awesome, are not the place to sell if you need to get your money back or make money on stuff, more of a place that we pass along deals to each other when we can.

Now hopefully he will brodeal when he decides to get rid of one of the tribute series les pauls....
They say great minds think alike....Sometimes we do too...

Do you have an unlimited budget, or do you consistently buy and sell guitars? I've seen that wall in more pictures than I can count.

Nothing shameful about that. I think we all go through our phases with guitars. You just go through them quicker than others. When will you check out some ibanez masterpieces?
