HAET ernie balls, they've always broken. I do remember liking their coated strings UNTIL THEY FUCKING BROKE BSSSS
The elixers, and other coated strangs, are shitty if you ask me. they leave tiny white hairs on you geetar and ufufuuuuuu fuzzy strings feel weird after a week

i might have to try those GHS Boomers for a good set of 12s for my shortscales

At the moment things like this
Strat = 11s tuned Eb
Tele/sadie = 11s heavy bottom tuned to drop D
Jaguar = 11s FLATWOUND turns out i hate flatwound strings, love em on bass, HAETE for guitar
Duo = 12s, ernie ball, they are cool until they break.....
'64 Jag = 11s, honestly i might just do 10s to save the frets a bit but thats not very ROCK AND ROLOLS

haha, well i tend to be hostile and at first took it like 'you should tune to eadgbe!' but then i figured saying 'why don't you' maybe wasn't meant as 'you should' but more just asking about the reason. so there's the reason. also because it suits my singing voice better instead of EADGBE.
