that bracket came in today. I had to add a few washers to the mini pots until the roller knobs lined up but i eventually got it working. Then i went ahead and wired up what i could. Basiically everything but the pickups, since those will need to be mounted to the guitar, otherwise they'd just dangle around until the body is done.
I'm actually super proud of the work i did on the roller pots
i kidna wish i would have gotten more when we had the huge batch of them! They're awesome looking knobs. way better than those white witch hats the offset people rave about. I have a pair on my HH jag and i had a pair on the stealth duo back when i sold it.
i've also added a ground wire i missed before. from the lead 3-way to the lead volume pot
solid core cloth wire is the shit. too bad i only have about 8" left after this
Its been fun. These little projects i've dont have all taken forever but i've loved doing them so much that i enjoy spending the extra time, even if its just watching parts sit in a box for a month and thinking about every little detail in the meantime or having a half-sanded guitar in the corner of the room for months thinking "what have i done"

There's a 'dressing room' on Offset whereyou can change a few parts around like that, and go through some finishes. You can't do anything outlandish, but then it's Offset so you wouldn't expect anything outlandish.
