I saw you mentioned earlier you once had a OTF Jaguar. What happened to it? 'Did you have to sell it?

OTM

never had one....thats what i was going to buy from the store after trading in all my guitars. but the guy at the store told me he would trade all my guitars for the shitty mexican jag not the AVRI OTM one so i piled all my guitars back into the car and sold them to shortscale.

now all the money i made is in a box in my sock drawer until i find the right jag. it doesn't even have to be OTM. im looking for something american that isn't black, white, CAR, or sunburst for 1000-1200 bucks.

i haven't gone internet guitar shopping for something expensive in years and years so i am taking my time enjoying what i find.

i did have doog hunting down this sonic blue one out by his house. it was from japan but it was only like 700 bucks to get it back to the states. the dude fucking sold it before i could get to him. the search goes on

Cowtown guitars used to be in Columbus, Ohio until Mark (who is the owner and the guitar player for Bob Segers Silver Bullet Band) moved to Vegas and moved the shop. He is pretty cool. I used to hang out there all the time because the guys from howling maggie and afghan whigs were always there (some of them worked there)

That was the best looking one out of all your prospects, IMO.
Good on you!

That is totally awesome! Fiesta Red is such a choice color. That's great it comes with case because they are expensive aftermarket to purchase. The case that came with mine is downright sexy. Does it have the tremolo arm and other case candy? My AVRI Jag actually came setup with a Mustang bridge with flatwound strings and the stock bridge was in the case as well. In a few days, you will be looking a this awesome sight (in Fiesta red)

Taylor, does it move in the case? it looks like there's lot of space around the body.
