nawz. they fit pretty snug in those cases which are built like tanks, and i've never heard/noticed my jag slipping around in there. the case for mine is almost twice as heavy as the one my toronado used, and they're virtually the same body, etc. the avri jags themselves are also heftier than the strats, teles, toronados, jazzy's, etc i've owned/played, too. it's just a solid build in pretty much every way you can imagine. way to go, robroe!

you know what i mean.

if im going to sell half of my guitars to fund this crazy idea of mine, the guitar i buy isn't going to have a 9.5 jumbo fret neck. thats all.

hmm interesting. it looks killer with the mint (LOVE mint here!!!), but if you find a GOOD looking tort, and i mean a GOOD looking one, it might look über-killer.

my '70 jag is a crappy old kinda CAR refin (sunburst is still under it, i'll strip 'er when i'm tired of the red) but it looks like this...

i'd say enjoy it as is right now.

Absolutely gorgeous, Rob.

Can't wait to hear you beat the crap out of it with your usual set of 13s, and I'm celebrating ahead of time by pulling out the chips and salsa in your honor over here.
