There's definitely some crazy things to be done with this. If you gave a band like DD/MM/YYYY or Liars this thing, it'd be the best movement of music in years. Same goes with the Moog guitar. Those things have a lot of potential, but the people that would really make that thing shine can't afford it.

Dude,... Liars /DD/MM/YYYY wouldn't give a fuck about that guitar, its not like they couldn't use alternate tunings if they wanted to (I think they do?). They're just busy having fun with effects and drumming funny.

I think he's referring to the chaos potential of the electronic system of the guitar... not the actual tuning potential.
