we have been calling the baby pineapple until we figure out if its a boy or girl. that day comes tomorrow (i hope). so i thought today would be a good day to write the pineapple song.
I listened to this and your other songs quite a bit and I really liked them, they sounded kind of like childrens music that isn't crap. The only thing I find bad with them is that the chorus to pineapple, "pineapple makes me feel so" (and this is far from a professional opinion) sounds a bit too repetitive. The other songs sound realty nice and varied especially for solo acoustic performances.with just 1 guitar and vocalist . The recording sounds really good, what microphone(s) do you use?

thanks! for the pineapple song and the cats to keep you company song i used a ZOOM h2....amazing little device. the other songs that don't sound as good i just used a standard computer mic with shitty MS recorder
i'll admit i feared the worst (i.e. that it'd be painfully sentimental and hard to listen to) but the lyrics are really funny and heart-warming. would listen again. good stuff.
I dig it! Very cool....you could do Mr. Rogers'esqe public access sing alongs with little ankle biters sitting indian style singing "pineapple, pineapple".
"Good morning Children, come and sing along with Mr. Roe"

This is exactly what I was thinking when I heard his song.
