How would one post up streaming tunes....

If you are ok with links robroe and some others realy like www.bandcamp.com , you even have an option so allow the visitors to buy your songs.

or the simple option

uploader (linked at the top right)

get your direct link to the mp3 and smack it between some [stream] [/stream] tags
