CAR was a fairly common competition colour (maybe roughly equal with LPB) and seems to be the lowest valued of the colours now.

Damn good deal considering today's prices. I'm half tempted to advance someone in the area the money to buy it and a bit of cash on top to go pick it up for me, but without pictures it's a total crap shoot I'm not sure I want to risk. Then again I do want a red one.

I always understood "Competition Red", "Competition Blue" and "Competition Orange" to be names for the whole paint schemes.
The red in "Competition Red" is clearly Candy Apple Red.
