why do i have to be a BC fanboy who'd like to lick his bald dome?
of corse i like billy corgans music, but i didnt buy the guitar for that reason.. get over it, its a fuckin good guitar, for the boys who really can play the guitar.. thats about it!
nothing more to say about this.

Played the sig on several amps: Fender HRD, Laboga Mr. Hector, Vox Ac 30. This guitar sucks at cleans and crunch.weeping_moon wrote:aha, why not?cleo wrote:me not likey![]()
Looks similar to the BC Sig, and the BC Sig was not fascinating
Hi-Gain is cool, but without cleans/crunch its a One-Trick-Pony......... and a strat should never be a one trick pony!

I tried classic-strat material like Hendrix, Indie and Blues through it. Dull and Boring. Compared it with American Standard Strat and Fender HotRod Strat
But the Riffs of Smashing Pumpkins and so sounded really cool through the Laboga Mr.Hector.

aha. you didnt like the loudness in the pickups.. i can understand that, i know some people hate them.. but i think theyre the best! with the right setup on the amp and the pedals you got a fine clean sound with it..cleo wrote:Played the sig on several amps: Fender HRD, Laboga Mr. Hector, Vox Ac 30. change the pickups then if you dont like the dimarzio.
I tried it half an hour and i was not too impressed by the sound, there were many guitars sounding better
in this shop - Fender AVRI Jag/JM,J MAscis JM, Gibson Les Paul Jr.(the not custom version) .....
I like the matt finish on it and the hardtail - Damn you can hit this guitar hard
I think its cool for the price, the quality and looks are superb, but unfortunatly i don't dig the sound.

Stop being so fucking defensive. Are you saying that these aren't actual differences between the two guitars? You don't have to go to a shop to play one to see the differences. These are facts.weeping_moon wrote:stop telling everyone this.. go to a guitar store and try play the two guitars and feel the difference instead!mage wrote:the squier one came first. the billy corgan one is similar except for the rosewood neck, slightly different pickups and major addition of a hardtail bridge.
Personally, I think these guitars look great. I'd much rather have a two-point tremolo than a stop tail piece.
