Comp files/Ableton

Post by Johno »

How do you guys comp files to dump on myspaz & send via email to other band members?

I used to use sound recorder on windows xp to do this after recording on ableton, don't seem to work on vista?

I also tried to winrarzip the files to send to another band member but they were too big at 40MB so i had to yousendit.com, even then i had to split the tune into 3 tracks...

What am i doing something wrong in Ableton when exporting files?

Ableton exports high quality files. I use iTunes to squash them down into mp3s.
