Anyone got a case that would fit a lefty Jaguar?

Pickups, pedals, amps, cabs, combos

Anyone got a case that would fit a lefty Jaguar?

Post by Thom »

Like the title says - anyone got a case that fits a lefty Jaguar?
I guess it doesn't have to be lefties only, but generic case that could fit a Jag either way up?
Have always used a bass gig bag whenever I have taken my Jag out, but since getting my new pups I have been using it exclusively and would be nice to have a hard case.
I know Hiscox make a Jag case, and would make me a lefty one if I called them up but would cost £100 at least...a little too much...

It's quite tight across the butt from front to back, and the strap button needs crushing into the foam support slightly... but over time it's a nice fit. Quite tight at first. Just saying because it could be bother some people.

In saying that, I'd rather it be tight than be shuffling around everywhere.

Cheers - that's all good. My Jag-stang case is similar, very tight, but fit well over time.

I'd take that kind of fit over the G and G case that came with my AVRI Jaguar. It's about 3/4" too long thus allowing the guitar to move slightly within the case.

I've been using one of these as my main hard case for around 6 years. Had to fit about 3 different locks as I break them all the time, but structurally its still intact and I beat the crap out of it.
