Yea the squier tort looks good in pictures but when you see it in person it does look hideous. I would put a better tort pickguard on it, cause I love the fiesta/tort combo!

Since i made the thread I noticed it's been added to the Squier site. Havn't seen any signs of any other new colours though

I played one at guitar center today....it is pinker than new fiesta red...almost coral. I really dug it...might be my next bass if I ever feel like the daisy isn't cutting it.

Can't speak for the colour but as a bass they're fantastic instruments - I'm pleased as punch with mine. It might get a new pickup at some point but that's all I would consider doing to it.
