i want to be a bass player again

Post by kim »

just that bands looking for bass players are usually shit assholes who think it's a lazy instrument

i found this thing i recorded ages ago, put some drums on it, this is why i love bass more than guitar, always.

You should be fine as a bassist. Decent bassists that aren't "guitarists filling in" are like gold dust.

I'm new to this area and don't know anyone so thought I'd look around for anyone wanting a guitarist in local band just to meet people. All were shit. Saw an ad looking for a banjo player, band was shit.

Your p-bass is a thing of beauty kim - if one day you sell it, I'll be there ;)

Kim. That track you posted was fucking sweet... It's exactly the kind of sound I was never "aloud" to use when I played bass in a band...

There are too many people in bands who tell you to "just play the root note"... fucking twats
