Sweet fat riffage ahoy!

Fran mate, what's the amp head at 5:11? Is it a Thor?

edit: Hahaha, I knew it!

The guitarist/singer from my old mathrock band once bought a job-lot of Thor amps to sell on, the previous owner just wanted his storage space back. I wonder if he ever actually shifted any, he only ever used one live..

Yeah its a monster head, something ridiculous like 120 watts, John never gets it past 4 on the volume. Apparently the guy that made them had something to do with Marshall in the 70's, John nearly bought a second off him but his missus stopped him lol. It was in storage (like the guy you mentioned, could be the same guy?) and looks brand new inside with point to point wiring and Brimark valves.
When i joined he was using a Line 6 POD, i got him to buy a Big Muff and he's used it since.

We played with a Stoner band from Wolves last month and the stage looked ridiculous, like an antique Amp convention.. there was Thor, Matamp, Orange, Laney, Carlsbro... with doubled up 4 x 12s

Thanks for the compliments everyone!
