I desperately need a Mustang bridge for my Jag... my vintage JM bridge is just fine but my vintage Jag bridge is a POS. the adjustment screws fall out, the strings slip... urgh... they are just a direct replacement yeah?

Of course it's possible, but the radius won't match the neck and it isn't a direct drop in so you'd have to either modify the bridge or pickguard a little to have it fit.

if it's vintage, AVRI, or japanese jag, then yes.

i don't see why you'd want to do this with a CP jag.

So, this is one of those CP Jags with the Adjustomatic bridges, and they put in a stock Mustang bridge in, instead?

WHY?

agreed. much as i like the look and vibe of the jag bridge, having a TOM on the hh jag is wonderful. that guitar in the listing is like putting a chastity belt on your always-ready-for-sex girlfriend. pass that prize to a more appreciative taker if you really want those headaches/blue balls.

Aren't all Jags unhappy at birth? Can't people just love them for who they are on the inside?
