Got a used Vintage Mahogany and "upgraded" my Samick LPC.

Took out the original korean pickups and put in a Dimarzios(Air Norton in the neck and Super II in the bridge).

New caps pots and speed knobs too.

I really like the vintage mahogany even if it is the cheapest Les Paul.

i fucking love speed knobs, although i think with the gold you should've done golden bells. much coola.

yeah, that's what my greco had. they were original when gibson first brought the les paul back in '68.

Hey, I just put black DiMarzios in my [Epi] Custom too (virt. PAF and Super Dist)

How you like the Super II? Was thinking of trying one out but found that the dp100 had more trebz than previously thought (I had a wrong value pot hiding in there).

Wow!Your Custom looks great. I love the Super II. Originally I had planned to put '57 classics in my guitar.I bought a used pair on Ebay from a reputable seller but when I got them both were dead( one was shorted out and the other had an open coil).

Some guy on the mylespaul forums modded one of the studio les pauls to a standard, it looked very hot after... can't find the lank though.
