I give you... Sister Psychic

Post by Sparky »

You're probably wondering why these videos are in this section... just watch. Andy Davenhall is playing a right-handed Jazzmaster, strung right-handed, left handed! Fucking cool!

The greatest part of this thread is the story behind this video footage. Back a few years ago when I was heavily into Nirvana trading, this footage (along with a performance by TAD) was thrown in as a DVD extra. I fell in love with the sound of Sister Psychic and scoured eBay for a cd. I found Fuel and was delighted at how solid of a CD it is. Anyway, soon after coming across the footage I found Andy on Myspace and told him about the video. After going back-and-forth with some PMs, I ended up mailing the DVD out.

Now it's a few years later and I want to share that band with y'all. Hope you enjoy it! :D

Second one was a lot better I thought, the first one was kind of repetitive. Really good stuff though, checked out their page and liked the music they have posted there.

I put the album on Rapidshare if any of you want it. Even if you didn't quite love the videos, just give it a chance.

Got a good vibe to it !! thanks for the download.

Cool jazzy... double pole-pieced jazzmaster bridge pup and a gibson stoptail as a buzz stop... or hardtail maybe.

Wait, how he do that?

It's a right handed guitar, string right handed... yet he's using traditional fingering to make bar chords? Does he tune it left handed? I'm confused.
