NICE, I've always had a bit of a soft spot for the Jems.

Weird. I've always had a weakness of Ibanezes, except the Jems.

I'm sure they're terrific guitars though, and if it suits your tastes then you'll do well with it. I can't imagine there's much it can't do.

That looks lovely, and although its not really what I'm into I do actually quite like it.

Congrats on the new buy

Except look good.

I have to admit that Ibanez do make quality guitars, it's just a shame that everything outside of the Jetking and Artcore series look like a rusty axe wound.

While I'm happy for your new purchase, I can't say as I'm a fan of the looks, either.

However, for Eric to talk about ugly guitars, of all people...

I have one of the best-looking guitars on the board.

Jcyphe said so. Therefore, it is official.

Jcyphe approved but unfortunately not tested. I have never seen the Batwing in a shop over here but I love the features and design. I played some other models from the import Burns series and they were really good quality, especially for the money.

I always wondered... "who buys those things". Now that I know this all I need to do is find someone who actually watches Jag.

But, any given Burns guitar can only do about half the things this guitar can, and they look as awful. The Ibanez is a pretty awful looking guitar, no doubt. Every Burns is at least as bad looking, and half as useful (or twice as useless). You don't see that, though. You'd have to be mad to think the Ibanez is good looking. So too with the Burns.

This guitar is better than your Burns.

(sorry JJ, I'm a fan of Ibanezes and I love how this guitar can probably do everything brilliantly, but there isn't one part of it I don't find difficult to look at)

Lol, no offense taken. I know its a a cheesy, gaudy over-the-top guitar and i love it.

Yeah i looked for your les paul westexasred but i didn't see it. They had a ton of pricy vintage les pauls there though. I found it kind of strange that american fender and gibson guitars are much more popular in japan than japanese brand ones.
