Traded a mexi telecaster i put together for this, its a i think '07 classic player 60's strat in sonic blue.

i love the colour with the mint guard and it plays and sounds fantastic, the custom shop 69 pickups are a nice set of sounds.
Ive had a few strats in the past but i have to say this is by far the best, its just so comfy to play

Sonic blue, mint pickguard and rosewood fretboard is my all time favorite combination for a strat.

i'm torn over which strat i'd prefer, a 60's player in blue or sunburst. i've come to the conclusion that they're both too sweet. i'd cry while playing either.

Nice Strat, Rob's is a cracker. The only thing i'd prefer is the big cbs headstock like on the Highway One models.

as the other's have said, i own one of these and cherish it very much.

the bridge and middle pickup selection just begs for fingerpicking. neck pickup is my go to for lead work. i've blocked the trem on mine, i've never been a trem user and find when i have one i just end up dive-bombing every couple of riffs.

i've been hankering after the 50's classic player, love to try the maple neck on it.

Great strats those CPs. I bought mine 3 years ago, same as yours. I love the low ouptut CS 69 pups.

I also like that other guitar there. I've always wanted a strat with only bridge and neck pups, with a three way selctor switch on the lower horn, like that.

Hehehe sorry i got 2 new guitars in a day. (New guitars day)

yeh im loving the strat at the moment, ive had about 6 different strats but i always get bored with them then sell them.

but this is the best looking best sounding one ive had, although i would mind looking into the mods so i can get Neck+Bridge pickup selection and im definelty going to take the tone for the middle pickup and m aking it work for the bridge.

the aria guitar also plays fantastic, i need to buy some new strings for it though probably a slightly heavier guage as the high e is a little bit thin for my liking.
and form memory i think these are gibson scale?
