Hi, for about a year, I've been browsing the forum and watching the video demos on Youtube from shortscalers. There seems to be a great since of comradery amongst the members. I'm aways in a good mood when I see a neat post on a project someone has put their heart into, or a video demo to help us locale disadvantaged internet electric guitar shoppers. I appreciate that, thank you.
Now on to the Musicmaster...
Blurry, but once I have it in my hands I'll take better pics.
Almost all classic colour combos are nice on Musicmasters. I think the secret is in the pickguard shape.
But yeah, sweet guitar and welcome to the boards!

Oddly it's the only shortie I've never wanted... I lean heavily on my bridge pups.
I've had two with bridge pup mods, fucking damn awesome guitars they were two. I had a black on black 78 with a Duncan custom 'bucker and it was my main guitar in the Punk band. Aug told me to burn the body because it had been routed, idiot.
I like the Musicmaster and welcome to the forum. For some reason, we have had a lot of '78 musicmasters on the forum lately. The more the merrier. I hope to finish my '78 Musicmaster soon. It's weird when guitars that are the same age as me are now considered "vintage".
