Vintage Telecaster neck

It made me laugh! Shame really, If it hadn't been wrecked, would have been a semi-decent price...

Oh thats such a shame, looks like a lovely neck otherwise. Maybe fit a roller nut or something? Would mean the neck would work with a normal stoptail. Wouldnt look too nice though.

It would totally work, its just pretty ugly. If it were like, $200, that'd be cool. I wouldnt be opposed to a locking nut.

It's way better than one that sold for more awhile back, does anyone remember when a 50s tele just had it's control plate left as original and everything else had been painted or marked in some way? It was also just stripped of all other parts if I remember right... and the neck's inlays had smaller white inlays in the middle, etc..

That neck, apart from the Floyd, is in comparably perfect shape.
