1973 Coronado XII/VI double neck

Browsing through some random website looking at some oddball Fenders like the Bass V and such. then BAM this thing is on the list.




Purchased 2000. Very rare ( possibly a "one off" )Original necks,
"bodies" and hardware/parts. Bodies have been
modified and joined. Very high quality lutherie by
either the factory or talented enthusiast. Date of this
work is unknown. 1973 date stamped on neck heals.

I don't think Fender had access to that kind of luthiery in the 70s - has to be an outside pro.

Yeah, if that were actually done by Fender (unless their intention was to join two pre-made bodies) the back(s) would have been shaped into one flawless piece most likely, instead of dipping in like these do.
