You bought it from Mitch Easter? I was really into Let's Active and all that when I lived in Athens. "Every Word Means No" still sounds amazing to me.

Thanks! I just bought it from Mitch and he is shipping it tommorrow. Here is his description:

"This is a great '68 Rickenbacker 365, with the slim neck and the special bright crunch of the 60s guitars. You can see that this guitar had been played a lot; all the dings and scratches were acquired before I got it about 11 years ago, but I can tell you that this guitar looks great and has the right sound! I have never had a modern Rickenbacker with the "toaster" pickups which sounded quite like this one. Unlike the modern ones, I am able to use this with fuzz and compression and it's pretty non-microphonic. Additionally, the triangle position markers have the great "crushed glass" look. It has the silver case with blue interior, which is in good condition. According to the Rickenbacker Book, only 7 Jetglo 365s were made in 1968! Everything is intact and ready to go. The roller bridge and Ac'cent Vibrola work well, but the bridge cover is long gone."

That's super cool. You should find out if it was used on any recording sessions. He produced Pavement's Brighten the Corners, and lots of other things.

That's a sweet guitar. I've only played a newer model of it though.
