The P-Rails on the silver one are switched via the push/pulls on the volume and tone knobs. The three way selects which pickup (or both).
Both down is P90.
Both up is the rail / single coil
one up / other down - is humbucking in series
one down /one up - is humbucking in parallel
So four options for each pickup, times three settings on the three way, = 12 tones.
For some reason, the humbucking tones drop output. And one of these settings on the bridge sounds like playing through an answering machine (super cool, out of phase, I think).
If I did it again, I'd use the SD Triple Shot humbucker rings with Mustang-like switches for each pickup.
The kill button is a momentary switch. Have one on five of my guitars - love them. The bridge is an American Standard Fender.

The Black one.
Can't see from the fecal picture, but it only has one stacked Dimarzio YJM Humbucker (single-coil sized). All black pickguard, three-way tele switch (HB, SC, and off), and a momentary / kill button.
Like an Esquire, sorta. A stripped-down, drag racer.

The Blue sparkle one was bought new in 1998. This is the second version, as the white one inherited the old set-up. The new version has three Fender Custom Shop Fat 50s Strat pickups, a single volume knob, momentary / kill button, and a five way Strat switch. The volume pot is a push pull that switches the #2 and #4 positions from series to parallel, so I have access to the Quack. So, seven tones. Pearl pickguard. Switched the jackplates on all four Super-Sonics to the end (footballs) rather than on the top.
For eleven years, it had the white humbuckers and a clear pickguard.
