I haven't posted on here in ages... I miss Hurb, Robroe, Kim and of course MAAAAAIKE. Here's what I've been rocking on a bit lately but I've been taking up singing lessons 3 days a week so it's keeping me more busy than anything. Best part is they're free so long as I make good dindins (just moved in with someone who teaches singing and piano--jackpot!).
I recently sold my Fuzz Factory and I'm thoroughly on the look out for an Analogman Sunface NKT275 with the sundial (or cheaper clone?!?) but it's proving difficult as anyone who has them sells them for stupid money && I don't do waiting lists.
Pretty much completed over the course of a few years. What isn't pictured is another 'board' (the yellow pages glued together, lulz) which has my Akai Headrush, Boss VB-2 and modded Boss SD-1. I don't have any GAS for anything besides accessories/modifications and they are as follows-
- Pedaltrain Mini so I can do swapsies with these pedals and throw the 'creative' part of my board on the CNB case.
- T-Rex Chameleon
- T1M mini expression
- Mini PeeP
That'll set me back some $400-500 all up which I have planned hopefully before new years eve.

stuck the tuna melt on a little board. great for adding a little movement to cleaner or picked parts. the saltbreaker works nicely with the dual terror. i've decided that i need a pedaltrain Jr board.

Ps-5 mainly for the whammy setting two octaves up, or used with the ps-3 I have the the ps-3 set one or two octaves up in various modes and set the ps-5 one or two octaves down. makes for a very synthy sound when coupled with fuzz and delay. and the ps-3 on it's own is limitless really for both noisey applications and more subtle background effects.cobascis wrote:Spectacular board as always, Hurb.
Im interested in the PS-3 and PS-5 on one board, do you just use this for noise making? Or crazy harmony stuff?
but really I am only scratching the surface with them, they are a real power house pair for effects.

There is a PS-5 for dirt cheap on my craigslist, ($60USD), I might have at it.Hurb wrote:Ps-5 mainly for the whammy setting two octaves up, or used with the ps-3 I have the the ps-3 set one or two octaves up in various modes and set the ps-5 one or two octaves down. makes for a very synthy sound when coupled with fuzz and delay. and the ps-3 on it's own is limitless really for both noisey applications and more subtle background effects.cobascis wrote:Spectacular board as always, Hurb.

With the ps-6 just out I imagine there will be a few flying around. failing that the behringer copy is great cheap option.

Not on this board unfortunately, it was coming down to space and the ufo fuzz does octave fuzz so it won. the ic muff gets plenty of action at home though. it did sound really brilliant turned up super loud. I quite often sit it on top of my amp in the living room just to look atbenecol wrote:Wot no IC muff?
