I installed them today on my Telecaster and they seem kind of crooked when turning, like they arent perfectly flat. is this the way they are on everybodys guitars?

are the pots split or solid shaft?

yer pots are split shaft, these knobs came off of an amp that used solid shaft pots. Yours are a bet smaller which is why they wiggle a bit.

If you want them perfect buy solid shaft pots and they will be.
Personally, I wouldn't bother.

Yeah, though I ruined the tone pot on my HH jaguar while tightening the washer that holds it on the control plate. damn it!
I'm going to pickup some solid shaft ones to see what happens.
