it has a light blueish shade (or my eyes are seeing that) but it cant be daphne blue with white switches right?

69 RI ? Very pretty . I have an Antique white 69 RI. Practically yellow . Sounds ugly but with the brown tort pickguard it's actually very nice . My first intentions was to get an Olympic white but they just weren't out there at the time I was buying .

the body looks so thin. on the 65 reissues the body is thicker! could that be a blue comp-stang that they have painted white?

when i did take a closer look. the body looks so comp-stang. i would say with 99.9 % its a comp-stang.

Unless those pickup covers are equally obtusely blue, I'd say it's the lighting.
