the secret is taking a raw placenta, stretching it over your enclosure, and allowing the veins to cook under a winter sun.

really looks great.

You guys are going to love this one. Super in your face od/distortion thats killer with your volume knob. Loud as hell, plenty of gain to play with, trimmer inside is a 50k sag control, I'm finding the sweet spot just under 5v [4.95v]. This isn't some clone of a boutique pedal either, tis SCIENCE1

I need to build a breakout box already...

Adding a Brownface style tone stack for control over the bass and treble. Dummy me forgot to order the 250pf cap.

ordered parts home boy. Will drill the enclosure for the OD/Distortion pedal, once parts arrive I'll finish my tone stack and see how it gets on with the nasty OD.

FUUUUCK its been so busy its stupid, all free time has gone to sleep or family time but tomorrow I'll be sure to get Rob's footswitch out and the SHO proto to johnnyseven.

Johnnyseven's SHO and Rob's replacement footswitch went out today. Drilled and primed the case for my od/dist, need a name for that beastie - I was thinking Firebreather.
Parts for carl's SI Sunface are en route

-Board built and tested
Works a lot better than I thought it would with a starve control, definitely a great idea on his part.

I feel ya, lady haze and I have complete opposite sleep schedules so most of this work is done while she is asleep then I sleep while she is at work, etc so on so forth.
Have to say, thanks for giving me total freedom on the finish, so many ideas! I definitely want to do an pank. It'll look classy when its all done.

Building an optical tremolo. Not much else I can do without LDRs, I have some shipping to me but that was two weeks ago or so, making a trip to rat shack tomorrow to get a cheap box and turret board to make myself a breakout box.

Looks really similar to either a DAM Sonic Titan or a Ruby LM386 power amp to me?

very similar, especially to the sonic titan. The fet boositng the lm386 is a killer combination, great fuzz/distortion mix. Id like to mess around with different tone stacks before I box it all up.

real clever like

also.....
I've just spent the last half hour confusing myself and half asleep lady haze about adding options for pre, mid, and post channels to try various tone stack/boost etc combinations which might include toggle switching. Definitely adding a starve control before it hits to terminal so I can see how pedals react to it while testing, as well as toying with a charge pump to do 18v via toggle.

like a mini inventobox but it will actually be used for productivity
