Replaced? Howabout KEPT, and just put the Internet infront of it?

That is my plan.

I have $140 bucks. If anyone knows how to make a quick $10.....

A note to UK/Euprope folks - Got two SSers in already so I'm looking for two (or more) peeps who are interested in this or any other DC pedal so I can make a preorder as before (see whorehouse thread). Saves you around ten or so quid on list price and postage if you opt in.

A pre-gain tone knob has a lot less overall effect than a post-gain one, though; they are NAWTTT comparable.

Yeah you can't dial out any of the common high frequencies induced by some Distortion generating techniques before the Gain stage.

is that how it works with your THE INTERNET? it's not even necessary to tweak the tone, but my dot had a noticeable sweep over it no matter the level of gain or volume.

Just personal preference, y'knowwwwwwwwww. I don't have an THE INTERNET to speak of, and I won't speak ill of Aen's fine, fine work, but it's always nice to have something to further match the pedal with the guitar and amp.

Thinking about getting one of these. Can anybody who's been using one of these for a while talk about what they like/don't like about the pedal?

I didn't know you had The Internet, Hot Rod.(Much less Aen's personal one) Looks hot with the Bronco Knobs. That will likely be my first Dwarfcraft pedal. Aen's demo sold me, but PGS Andy's demo showed me even more ways to use it. I originally wanted an OCD, but I think I would rather have The Internet and maybe an ECT down the road as well.
