BG Pups makes a Strat Sized - P90 .. I've only heard clips and read reviews but from what I've heard and read, they sound good.

Peace & Chicken Grease
I have one of those just sitting around in my pickup box, think it's a prototype before it went into production. It's a nice pickup but not in a guitar right now.
