i was looking at some crazy burns stuff from the 60s today. couldn't play them though as they need some repairs doing to them. the guy whose shop it was wasn't complementary about them though.

It is, but in sunburst which is funny because it basically has no wood grain at all. And the humbucker is stupidly hot beyond all reason. I'm thinking of taking the tri-sonics out and sticking them in something else because they just don't work in this guitar at all, even with the push/pull coil split on the humbucker.

It's probably the cheapest guitar I own, but one of my faves. Plays really nice, sounds pretty good and looks a bit odd. It was in the same series as the Chinese-made Cobra, but it's since been discontinued and the Cobra has been upgraded.
