Yeah P Bass is on my list, Jazz is too big for me.

In fact, I'm thinking of selling all my gear and getting the following

60's Strat
60's P Bass
Custom Telecaster (in fact, I've already done an lorez)

70s? The 60's was the only one i found on their website. Did you mean that? If not, link me!

Sorry for the confusion . This is the one I meant ...... http://www.squierguitars.com/products/s ... 0326702521 Thought it was a 70s but it's the VM . GREAT bass.

The CV is great too but not as good as the VM one . But the CV does have a great sound and good heavy basswood body .

Fellow 'scaler soundofseventythree bought the Squier Jaguar bass a few months back and posted about it here: Squier Jaguar Bass Video

I tried out a bunch of the Squier basses on my quest to find a new bass, and that process is detailed here: Thoughts on the Jaguar bass...

I think the Squier '60s Precision and '60s Jazz were my favorites of the line. I really wanted to love the '50s Precision because it looks so damned beautiful, but it just felt odd and I didn't get on with the stock pickup at all; the "Edgar Winter in a snowstorm" neck color also didn't do much for me. In the end, I opted for the Fender Jaguar bass because it was being discontinued at the time and was a great value.

The classic vibe basses blow that maple neck vintage modified out of the water . . .

I wish I liked that maple neck with black blocks and binding, it is just not as nice as the classic vibe.
