well she's playing a bar chord at that moment, yes. however, I imagine she plays some other chords in the rest of the song. probably some that use the the capo.

Marc Bolan was good, but he was no Chad Kroeger. Marc wrote 20th Century Boy, Bang A Gong, Children of the Revolution, Telegram Sam, Hot love and Metal Guru, but Chad Kroeger has proven himself one of the most versatile artists working in rock today... just ask Gibson.
