That's a Harmony Strat copy. The cramped pickups and neckplate seals it for me, though you can also make out the holes on either side of the bridge from the invariably-removed cover. They were forced to change the CBS stocks on them in '85, maybe that's the other headstock shape OR it could've just been sold under a few different brands/head shapes as with many guitars of such a nature.
I wouldn't rely of what you can see of a headstock logo as it's possible that's been gone over/stickered like the rest of the guitar... looks a bit less-than-uniform for a logo, and almost like it says "senile", who knows though.
I think he painted the body and headstock face black, as I've never seen these in black, just sunburst. DO see them with black pickguards all the time though.
