Apart from the headstock, I think it's cool. The headstock might grow on me because it's silly looking, and silly looking headstocks aren't always a bad thing. Also, massive headstocks can only be a good thing.

Indeed. Dean should sue them for copying the look, because someone might see the guitar from a distance and think the guy was playing a Dean, so Gibson would lose a potential... wait... no, Gibson should sue themselves, right?

I would like it if it had a normal headstock and only 2 pickups.

not really, I like that the body looks sort of reminiscent of the 70's LP designs.. not really like a normal standard or custom.

I'm not really a fan of the bound top without a bound fretboard and the knob placement can fuck off. It's pretty cool otherwise. I agree with others that have said the headstock makes it look like a Dean.
At least that headstock looked like it belonged on the hideous mouse cursor-esque Reverse V. Maybe it would look good on an Explorer.

I'm amazed that this is genuine Gibson.

Haters. Les Paul would've rocked that.
I, for one, think it's a decent attempt at doing something different without stumbling into Robot Dusk Tiger Firebird X territory.
Hell, I'd play one. Disable the middle pickup, maybe do an blacktop or whitetop, then rock.
