Nice work.

The Stomp Underfoot IC Muff clone is also called Pumpkin Pi. True story.

The dude from Stomp Under Foot just PM'd me after setting up a account on this site to see if I was planning on selling these.... very interesting

I advised him as was stated in my first post..."I FINALLY made myself an IC Big Muff..."

and if I did sell some I would change the name as he had it first...

but he was very nice about it...... so props for that

It's always nice to find other Muff junkies.
It's great that you did a vero of the Big Muff.
I love to use vero and perf but it takes longer.

definately is very time consuming....alot of counting rows.... Obviously the 77 and 78 are very similar... do u play with the cap values (C8/C13 on the '77 or C8/C14 on the '78 ) stock is 4.7uf but alot of peeps like the 1uf here... I went with the 1uf.... it seemed to give a fuller tone...

Mike...have u played with these values as well?

Yup I've done a lot of messing about beyond the version I build as standard. It's a very cool circuit.
