I bought this guitar because I used to want one of those yellow P-90 Melody Makers. I had a red one but I really wanted a yellow one. Whenever I tried to buy one on ebay they would sell for $500 or more, $100 or $200 more than the red or the black ones so,when I saw this one I had to buy it.

I gotta put in a word real quick for Schecter. I was at guitar center last weekend and they finally got the Schecter V's in. I picked one up and fucking played the thing for at least one whole hour before my friend convinced me to go fuck with the vocoders. It played so fucking good. A million times more guitar at $699 vs the Gibson shit. I saw the new jr's there and they reminded me of the worn series which i totally hated.

I saw these in GC yesterday. I really don't like the way they look, even moreso in person than in pictures. The finish just looks really cheap and crappy.

My first guitar was an Epi LP Junior. The frets always cut up my hands. Hopefully these are a little bit higher quality, but it looks exactly the same..
