Duo Sonic neck plate

The neck plate on my Duo Sonic reissue from the 90's is in pretty bad shape. Anyone know a replacement part # or if the neck plate from a Strat, Tele, or anything else will work? Thanks again!

pretty much any neck-plate should work.
