I think the Bronco bass neck > Mustang bass neck.

I've never played a squier bronco bass so I have no idea how that neck feels. Neither have I played a CIJ mustang neck. The tuners on the bronco looks off to me though and I don't care much for maple necks.
The tuners on a Mustang Bass are too heavy IMO, it messes up the balance of the instrument, a common problem with Fender basses. Vintage Mustang/Musicmaster Bass necks are even worse, they neck dive quite badly. The Bronco Bass tuners aren't so great but with a couple of twists of a reamer, you can install the Schaller M4 tuners, which are really great tuners that are common on Alembics and aren't too expensive. Anyway...

The Bronco's got jumbo frets, something I wouldn't like on a guitar, but on a bass, bigger frets are definitely nicer. The maple gives it a brighter tone as well, which is good on a short scale bass which can sound way too dark. In fact, I just got myself another Bronco so I could upgrade my Musicmaster with the neck (and the old neck will probably pay for the Bronco in full). Rosewood is so overrated.

I'll probably have a Bronco bass body to sell, too.

Just give me a week or so.

Having two hands is overrated too? Because I don't see how "heavy" tuners would matter the least when actually playing the bass.

Neck dive.

Think about it. When you're holding the bass guitar, you basically have a lever with the fulcrum close to the neck joint, and then you have a tiny Mustang body on one end, right up against the fulcrum, then you have big P-bass tuners and an oversized headstock at the other end, at the end of the neck which acts as a long lever arm. Four machine heads can weigh over a pound. Cutting that makes a huge difference.
