It depends what you class as Boutique. To me it could be considered a catch all term for some quite negative things.
Personally I don't consider myself a Boutique pedal maker - I build by hand but it is not my intention that my pedals are exclusive or only available to some niche few with the right about of money or "golden ears" or whatever.
The standard dirt pedals I build are on a par or cheaper pricewise with Boss and EHX pedals.
Pricy, boutique stuff
