Wiring help

A few weeks ago I bought this project guitar off someone. It seems to be the same guitar as Serfx's Noisemaster. The pickups are already wired to the switches (on/off for each one), so I just need to wire it up to a master volume/tone/jack. Unfortunately I'm pathetic at figuring out diagrams, and was hoping someone could help me out. Here's a pic:

Seymour Duncan website has tons of schematics. I usually just piece together schematics from different guitars.
