I think it's beautiful. The old McCarty-style bursts just look so nice on flame top LPs
And, unlike a lot of aged Fender reissues, it actually looks like it could've been made in '59...

It's kind of funny because it's true. PRS himself comes right out and admits Gibson was the biggest contributing factor to him wanting to build guitars. Hell, they have a model named after the former president of Gibson...

I don't like flame tops either.
The bookmatching on this one wasn't done very well... isn't it supposed to appear to be close to the same grain on both sides?

I'm also a very big fan of very subtle flame and quilt tops. That one is a bit too strong for my liking. I owned a gibson double cut lp that had some nice subtle flame...i hated that guitar though.
