Buying a Vox Tonebender?

Hi

I've been offered a Vox Tonebender (possibly) Mk1.5 from 1968-1969. It works, but the back plate and the two transistors are a little rusty. How much is this worth and is there something I should be careful about? I can send a link, but it's from my native country..

Just out of curiosity, how much are they askin'? Everything even remotely cool/vintage/something I'd like is expensive here.
